Download and print 3-part challan form from ISRO website. Click here
Remit application fee with Challan-1 at SBI before 15 December 2011.
Application Fee Rs.100/- + Bank Charges Rs.30/- should be paid in CASH.
Mail the envelope containing Challan-2 to ISRO Address

The envelope should be superscribed with
